This is the fifth step to my painting. I have put most of the detail in the white porcelain pitcher.

Bio of Rachel Allen
Rachel Allen is a current student at Tulsa Community College.
She is majoring in Accounting and Business and hopes to one day become a CPA.
Rachel's past art classes include 9th grade art, Art I and II, Drawing I, and Painting I; all the the high school level.
Rachel also does her own acrylic paintings at home.
Rachel's motivation is all about colors.
The different colors of the paints is what really inspires Rachel.
She does not plan to paint anything that is colorless.
Rachel states, "Color is the fun of life, without it life would be boring."

I drew this in 9th grade. It is drawn in pencil. It is my first still life drawing

I drew this in 9th grade. This picture is done in pencil and it took me the time of two projects to draw. This picture was drawn for my Aunt Candy to put in her chili pepper themed kitchen. It won 1st place in the Sapulpa Junior High Art Show.
This was drawn my 10th grade year. It is done in pen and ink. It won 1st place in the Sapulpa High School Art Show in 2009.
This was drawn my 11th grade year. It was done in prisma colored pencil. I was very disappointed when it did not win anything.

This was my 11th grade free project. I don't consider it finished. This was done in acrylic paint.
I started this picture my 11th grade year but i didn't finish until my 12th grade year. It is done in oil pastel and is one of my favorites. This picture won the Outstanding Senior Award and 3rd place at the 2009 Sapulpa High School Art Show.
This is an acrylic painting i did my 12th grade year. This is a special project because we took a copy of a master painting and cut little pieces out of it. Then we took some of those little pieces and glued them onto the canvas. Then we had to paint around the pieces to make them hid in our painting.
